Headphone Support

Hi guys, again. I said that I will be back, and now in this instructable, we are going to see how to do headphone support. and for that the tool that we need is.

-The motivation to do this.

For this first, create a sketch in the axis X and Z and with that, start to make a square with the tool line, and this square needs to be 150x150, maybe when you start to draw think that it is big, but no it is. At a time when you finishing and see the complete result, you are going to see in your own that it is okay.

To continue with this, because all of these two steps are just for one piece and in this case because we can't extrude, we need to use another tool Construct, and with that, in the same axis X and Y, click and up 30.

There in the middle of the big square, draw another with 40x40, at the end we need to have one over than other, both need to share the same center.

And we have another new tool that is Loft, with this, is more simple to extrude this type of side, that is like a pyramid that was cut in one part of them, like the middle and we work with the rest of them.

Well, with this, is very simple just select one of the pieces first and the other, automatically they detected the points and they are matched. And the result is what we have at the base of this project.

Well, guys in this part are more normal, and the resources or tools are the same for the last project. For this, we are going to start to draw in the axis X and Y, in the base just 40 and up 400.

In the top in the other 40 in the middle, we need to draw a circle with a radius of 40 too, and with the tool, scissor cut the lines who don't need of the circle, and before to erase the like of the big rectangle in the middle put another circle of 14, this circle we are going to use later to connect the other piece.

In this project, as it is free to design the picture that you want to put in the support, you can choose whatever you want, but don't forget to introduce this picture in format PNG, because the bottom need to be transparent, and that help when delineating the border of it.

When it's ready the pic introduced with the tool Spline, and take be careful with the curves that this can generate.

When the other step is finished, it time to export this draw and the outline in the format DXF to see how the archive is finally cut in the other program before with the RDWorksV8.

The 3 part is a little complicated because we need to rotate the straight line in 28 grade to down and in the other line almost the same grade but we need to keep the same width of 40.

And before that, we need to put it almost straight and form a flipped L, with the measurements of the image multiplicate for 10.

For this step that we need to use the tool extrude, this is not only this piece, but that also applies to the last two-piece, because it gives form for them. And just then extrude that has this piece and the other is form 40.

This is the support that we include at the top of the armest. In this for the extrude we need to know, how much have the headphone to put there and don't feel when it is ready.

And almost to finish we need to put the appearance in all of the piece for this is recommendable to put in wood, because it's more colorful because that more common is on a bedroom because is on the table to work, and combine with all.

This part just is in one new document saved previously and started to join all the last pieces and with the tool assemble and select the correct position to want to put. And this automatically they will join.
