Hawaian Banana French Toast
my roommates idea with a few of my own upgrades!
Ingredients
1 Full loaf of Hawaiian Bread
3 eggs
1/2 cup Coconut milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 banana (or the full banana if you really like bananas)
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp oil (and more if needed)

Instructions
1.Puree 1/2 of banana in food processor or mash in small bowl until relatively smooth.
2.Mix Eggs, milk, banana puree, vanilla, & Cinnamon in dipping tray.
3a.Cut small heals off of the sides of the bread.
3b.Then cut Bread into slices about 1 inch thick
3c.Then cut all the slices in half. Eat or discard small heal slices.
4.Heat oil in frying pan on medium heat.
5.Place slices into egg mix ,coating all sides thoroughly.
6.Fry both sides in pan until golden brown, about 1 to 2 minutes each side.
7.Serve warm with butter and syrup, and maybe even peanut butter if your in to that kinda thing.
