Trace the lion onto the gold paper and cut it out.

Tip: if you have to trace on the back of the gold paper, make sure that you flip the lion stencil so that when the gold lion is cut out it faces the right way.

The Clipboard

Place the paper in the clipboard to that the left edge of the paper and clipboard line up. Flip over the clipboard and trace around the remaining edges. Take the paper out and cut it accordingly. Once you have the paper cut to size use your glue to stick it down onto the clipboard. Now that the paper is securely on the clipboard round out the edges of the paper if necessary.

Tip: When glueing down the paper it may be helpful to have someone hold the clip open for you.

Final Touches

Cut two even gold stripes to go along the top of the clipboard. Glue them down on either side of the clip. Trim and round the edges if need be.
