Harira Soup
Harira is a very good and very healthy soup that carries the benefits of most vegetables and meat. The reasons that made it the best soup are:

Supplies

Vegetables and meat :

A cup of boiled chickpeas

Cumin - Pepper - Crassula - Cinnamon - Carvi - Ginger
Chopping Vegetables
Cut all the vegetables (onion, garlic, turnip, potato, tomato) into small pieces
And put the onions and garlic to fry for a few minutes
Add the Rest of the Ingredients to the Mixture That Is Fried in the Pot
Minutes after frying onions, garlic , add all the vegetables (without chickpeas) and tomatoes and meat that we cut previously and add these spices (cinnamon, black pepper, red pepper, Ginger,. turmeric, salt.), then add chicken broth and let the mixture cook on the fire until the meat is cooked
Grinding Mix
We remove the meat and coriander and grind all the vegetables with a manual grinding machine until it becomes a completely liquid mixture
Then we return the meat and coriander and add a group of harira spices
Making Flour Mixture
In another bowl, put two tablespoons of farina (ground wheat) and a cup of water and mix it well until it becomes a white liquid.
Final Cooking
Add the flour mixture to the soup and leave it for 10 minutes on the stove until it is ready
Decorate the Dish
We put the soup in a bowl, and here it can be garnished in several ways, including adding chickpeas and parsley
