Hanging Tomato Planter From Old Socks

What to do with all those sock with holes on the heel.
If you are short of space and want to reuse them , then turn them into space saving hanging planters

Find an Old Sock

Jut use a small shovel to fill it in with soil

The tomato plant will eventually hang down by itself but will make a stronger stem if you guided it using a simple clothes peg. Don't pinch the seedling . Just make sure the soft part of the plant is just in the hole of the peg so its not damaged. You are simply weighting it down so that it starts growing downwards. It will soon fall due to gravity but no risk of snapping :)
