Hang Rods Without Drilling Holes

This is fairly a easy project. I just made a 3D printed attachment that can slide on both sides of rods to hang them.

Supplies

I just made the 3D model in 3D builder in windows

So basically I don't have any power tools and cant weld also. But, I wanted to help my mother by hanging those rods for drying clothes. So I started googling about 3D printing materials and I found that PLA has great tensile strength and more so if you pull perpendicular to printing layers surface. So i printed the piece in PLA and they turned out great. So then simply I attached the pieces to each side on the rod.

My rods have these white inserts in them that is where the screw that screws on from my 3D printed part. But in my view the screw does not help much with the fitting. Finally I would say that if you want to hang rods and do not want to drill holes in them use my 3D model to fit them to rods to hand them. Just remember to print them perpendicular to the direction you want to pull. Don't print such that you pull it perpendicular to the layers or just print it as it is in he file.
