Handy Sponge

This device is designed for people who have Parkinson's disease. It helps them bathe due to difficulty with tremors. Its also for people who have poor postural support and for those who aren't able to reach their lower body.

Supplies

First grab the box cutter and make a small insertion about the size of the soap and make it as deep as the length of the soap.

Then insert the soap.

Cut about 12 in of velcro tape and attach velcro tape into the long handled sponge to the handle.

Then place the neoprene strapping material around the hand of the patient.
