Hand Washing 101

With cold and flu season upon us, it's time to exercise proper hand washing techniques. Watch the video above or follow the steps below to stay healthy!
Remove Jewelry

Remove any jewelry you have on - this includes watches!
Wet Hands + Add Soap

Wet your hands all the way up to your wrists. Grab 1-2 pumps of soap.
Scrub Hands

Scrub your hands. This should include:
1. Palm to palm
2. In between fingers
3. Your hands' backs
4. Fingernails
4. Thumbs and wrists
Rinse + Shut Off Water

Rinse your lathered hands, shut off water faucet with the paper towel you used to dry and stay happy and healthy!
