Have you bought a laser machine? The first thing you should do is a hammer!
Plywood hammer will allow you to join prduct's pieces neatly and safely. It is aesthetic and pleasant to work with wooden hammer.

Project plan includes small and large hammers.

Material thickness:
• 3,2 mm (1/8 inch);
• 4,0 mm (5/32 inch);
• 5,0 mm (13/64 inch);
• 6,35 mm (1/4 inch)

Cutting

Start your laser machine and cut parts of hammer

Assembling

Assembling of Wooden Hammer

Use wood glue. For example PVA. Apply glue to the parts with a sponge generously!

Alignment

Align the hammer pieces. To do this use another wooden hammer. Drive "+" and "-" dowels into the holes.

Clamping

Clamp the hammer in vice and let the glue dry.

​Sandpaper Processing

Sand edges of hammer with sandpaper.

​Grinding

Grind surfaces of hammer with sander.

​Cleaning

Сlean dust with vacuum cleaner.

​Varnishing

Varnish the hammer to several layers with intermediate drying.
