Hamburger Stroganoff
This is a no-fuss stroganoff ^_^
Ingredients and Method
2 tbsp butter, unsalted, room temperature
1 lb ground beef, lean preferable
1 c chopped onion
2 tbsp flour
a pinch of ground black pepper
1 can (284 ml) cream of mushroom soup/cream of chicken soup
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c grated cheese
Melt butter and saute ground beef followed with onion for 10 minutes, drain
Add flour and pepper, stir well
Add soup, stir and cook for 10 minutes, uncovered, stirring once awhile
Add sour cream and cheese, cook until heated through and cheese melted
Serve on pasta/noodle
