Ham / CB Radio Mount
I was looking for an easy way to mount my Ham Radio in my truck. I did not want to drill holes in my truck. I went to Lowes Hardware and found just what I needed.

Parts List
2) 4 inch square sheet metal brackets with holes. These brackets come in different sizes. Get one that will work with your radio.
1) 6 inch metal bracket with holes. These brackets come in different lengths. Get one that will fit the width of your radio. You can get long lengths and cut them to the size of your radio.
2) Sheet metal L brackets. These brackets come in different sizes. Get the size you need for your radio.

Attach L Brackets to 6 inch sheet metal bracket.

Attach 4 inch square sheet metal to L Brackets.

Attach Bracket to Ham Radio or CB radio. All Ham Radios and CB radios have holes in the radios for mounting brackets. You will have to find screws that will work with your radio.

1) Carabiner
1) Key Ring
1) Shirt Badge Holder with metal clip
Attach Badge holder to microphone.
Attach Key Ring to Carabiner.
Clip Carabiner to Truck rear view mirror.
Clip the Badge holder to the Key Ring.
Your Microphone is now hanging from your Mirror. You can now talk on your radio without the hassles of dropping your mic.
