Halloween Version Dalgona Game

How to make a Halloween themed Dalgona prop game from squid game. This is a fun game you can surprise a friend or co worker with. The goal is to cut out the ghost shape from the candy without breaking the ghost shape.

Here are the ingredients needed

- four to five tablespoons sugar (depending on size of cookie cutters)

- pinch of baking soda

- Halloween cooking cutters

- needle

- a metal tin

- instructions for the game

- nonstick foil

Heat Up Sugar in a Pan.

The size of the cookie cutters you use will determine how much sugar you will need. My ghost cookie cutter was about three inches long by two inch wide. So four to five table spoons of sugar was what I used. I tried it with smaller amounts of sugar and it was not enough. So first I heated the sugar in a pan until it started to melt.

Add Baking Soda

As soon as the sugar liquifies I added a pinch of baking soda. Stir quickly to mix it in. It will change to a mustard color.

Quickly Pour

I poured mine out on a pan covered in non stick foil. I tried to pour the sugar into a circle shape.

Press Ghost Shape Onto Candy.

Wait 30 seconds to a minute for the candy to cool. If you press a cookie cutter to soon it will stick to the cutter. If you press too late the candy will be rock hard and you will probably break it. I recommend making a few of these since they break so easy. I had to try this a few times until I had a few good ones.

Find a Metal Tin or Box.

I would look for a metal tin slightly bigger then your candy. I then added a needle so the player can use that and the hard surface of the tin box to play the game. I would print out a piece of paper explaining the rules to the game.

Now the Fun Part

Now find a friend or a co worker and surprise them with your gift. They will open it and find that they have ten minutes to solve the puzzle. Good Luck.
