Halloween Straw Decoration

If your having a Halloween party and want some little details to make your party a little more spooky, and cute.

Materials

You will need some straws, a pair of siscors, and some spooky cut outs. Make make sure they aren't to big and not to small.

Cutting

First cut out your spooky cool cut outs.

Place on Straw

After you cut it out, make two slits horizontally in the middle of the cut out. Then place it on the straw.
