Halloween Monster Cookies

Get in the mood for all things spooky by whipping up a batch of these Halloween Monster Cookies.

I started by making some basic butter biscuits but for a quick alternative you could grab a packet of store bought digestives or rich tea biscuits instead.

Make the buttercream icing and a spoon a little onto each biscuit.

Spread the icing out using the back of the spoon.

Decorate using any sweets you have on hand.

I particularly liked the mini marshmallows, they made great teeth and eyes but the strawberry laces came a close second. I loved that you could bend them to make any shape.
