Molding Those Lil Cups
Line the bottom of your mini muffin pan with cupcake liners. (That's right we're using the underside!) Now mold the dough over the liners. Alternate the dough to give the cookies some breathing space so the cups don't stick together.
Bake!
Bake the cups on high for 180 Degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.

Remove the cookie cups from the oven and let them cool...When they are cooled, remove the cupcake liners from the inside of the cups. You are just 5 minutes from biting into these babies, just contain yourself a little longer.... got your ice-cream scoop ready?
Assemble
This is really up to you , (but I would go camping just as an excuse to eat smores) so I filled the bottom of my cups with mini marshmallows and a small square of chocolate . Then top it with a dollop of that amazing cookie dough. Can you spot the hidden mickey?
EAT
Now recline with that hot cup of java ....Gosh .... Love at first bite
