TinkerCAD to design and print with 3D printer. Attach mounting tapes at the back to secure placement on the wall.

Use a box and design Creeper's face on one of the surfaces

Create a hole at the side of the box to attach handle to hold the toilet roll

Use a cylinder and a half sphere (stopper) to hold the toilet paper roll
