Hairstyles for Boys With Long Hair

I decided to do a hairstyle on my 2 year old son. I chose to do this because its hard to find hairstyles for boys, especially if they have long hair. He hates when his hair is in his face sometimes, so this is an easy up-do for him.

Supplies

  • 16 rubber bands (grab extras just in case they break)
  • Water spray bottle
  • Tangle spray (optional)
  • Detangle brush
  • Pin tail comb

Brush the Hair

  • Damp the hair with the spray bottle
  • Detangle the hair with the detangle brush (starting from ends to roots)
  • Spray the hair using tangle spray (this helps with knots and less breakage)

Middle Part

  • Use a pin tail comb and make a middle part. This should separate to a left and right side.
  • Choose one side to work on at a time. I'll start on the right side.
