HTX Universal Measuring Wheel
Universal HTX measuring wheel, its functionality includes:
1. Linear measurements (on any curve)
2. Calculation of the diameter by measuring the perimeter
3. Tachometer
4. Thermometer
The device is intended for both professionals in the fields of construction, sewing, engineering and ordinary users. Its main advantage, in addition to many functions, is the ability to measure distance along any curve
1. Linear distance measurement
Measurement mode of the distance traveled by the wheel maximum 9999.99cm error 0.05 cm measurement step 0.1cm
2. Calculation of the diameter from the measured perimeter
We use the wheel to measure the perimeter of the pipe, shaft, etc. And we get the diameter value
3. Measurement of internal angles

Soldering the Ciruit
As shown in schematic solder everything
In case you are not using custom PCB just solder it with wires
In case you are using custom PCB solder it as shown on the PCB
IMPORTANT buttons encoder slide switch and display will be integrated in 3D printed housing if you decided to make a husing so don't hurry to solder them take care that you will glue them into the housing or if you wish you can make the device just on the PCB and print only the Wheel
Printing All the Parts and Assembly
The wheel fits tightly onto the encoder and, together with the encoder, the firmware is loaded into the board into the lower part of the case and after installing the switch buttons and the USB port and battery (pre-soldered to the board), it is installed in the case, after which the display is installed in the cover and the NTC100k (thermal sensor) is output at the end of the cover, the housing is installed
In case you printed wheel glue the perimeter with rubber other variant is to make it of rubber
Programming
In case you are using the custom PCB on the board are special pins for programming anyway in both cases you need a usb-ttl and arduino IDE open the firmware and flash your device
