HTTP (Sugar) Cookies
%7B%22viewsToModal%22%3A-1%7D - That's the name of the cookie that Instructables.com gave me :)
I thought it would be cute to bring it to life and express it for real, so I did! These sugar cookies took forever, but I really love the high contrast and I don't care that it's just gibberish to me. Haha. I love black and white!
I hope that you guys get a kick out of my HTTP Cookies!

Recipes Used
Here are the 2 recipes that were used. One is the sugar cookie, and the other is the royal icing.
Aside from the listed ingredients, just make sure to have black gel dye, to dye some of your icing and a #1 piping tip and a piping bag. Then you'll be all set!

How to Choose Your Cookies!
It took me a while, because these things are hard to find. The bulk of tutorials online just give directions to delete cookies, and not how to view them.
Luckily, I found some directions through google chrome (for my browser) and I was able to fish around for the perfect one to use.
****************
Wrench icon, Options, Under the Hood, Content Settings, Cookies, "All Cookies and site Data" button, choose one from the list or search for a specific one.
THEN, click on it, a blue box should form, with mini boxes/buttons inside it. Those are the cookies. Just select one of them and you will see what the cookie says. It will be under "CONTENT"...then gibberish. :)

I searched for Instructables, there were 2 entries, 11 in one, 2 in the other. I chose the lesser, and the cookie named "InstructablesCookie" , and there you have it!

Make & Bake!
I used a circle cookie cutter, but you can use any shape you'd like. I just wanted a classic shape, classic look.
Cut them out, try and keep their shapes, bake, let them cool and get ready to decorate!

Ice, Ice, Baby!
Now, make your royal icing, as per the recipe that I included, or your own. Make sure to divide and dye some another color for contrast against the white!
Ice the cookies with a butter knife and get a nice, smooth, flat, round top. Once you're done, let them dry until they are firm to the touch.
Next, get ready with your black icing and the tiny piping tip for some detailing. Keep your HTTP Cookie code near by to use as "artistic" reference.
When you start to go blind from trying to fit so many characters onto one cookie, break them up with a few "HTTP Cookie" cookies. They still meet the need and express the phrase! :D

For the last 2 days, my family has been watching me make cookies and it's been driving them crazy. My mom has been taking a look and checking up on me (since I was baking at her house). Every time she came into the room, she would try and call a certain cookie a "reject" so that she could eat it.
"Look, this one is a reject, it's not straight!" Omg Mom! Get off my cookies! hahah. She even told me, with this batch, that I should just make one or 2 and let my family eat the rest. I'm telling you guys....it's that royal icing. She's in love with it. And my brothers kept asking when they would be ready too.
In the end, I stopped short and made them each a personal cookie. Then I sent my programmer husband to work with some HTTP Cookies, and the rest with my family. I have one left. Insane. :)
