HOW TO: BUILD a HOMEMADE SPEAKER

You will need:
-enameled copper wire
-plastic bin
-razor
-tape
-magnet (strong, preferably a speaker magnet)
-circular shape (slightly larger than the magnet, used to coil copper wire)
-stereo 
               -stereo wire (opt, could connect copper wire into stereo itself)

Wrap enameled copper wire around the circular object several times, leaving plenty of extra wire on either end to connect to stereo. 20 times produced best result, but you can choose based on the amount of wire you have. The more times around, the less hot the wire will get. 

Note: choose a circular object that is slightly larger than the magnet to wrap the coil around because the closer the wire is to the magnet, the stronger the sound produced.

Remove the copper coil from the circular object, making sure to maintain the coil's shape. Then tape the coil to the back of the plastic bin, covering the whole coil, but not the ends. 

Take razor, and carefully scrape the enamel off the ends of the copper wire.

Connect the copper wire ends to stereo (or stereo wire).

Note: Make sure the copper has contact with the stereo/stereo wire, not just the enamel. 

Put magnet on back of plastic bin, inside the coil. Turn up the sound on the stereo and listen to your masterpiece.
