HOW TO ASSEMBLE a TV CART

Before we begin, allow me share why LOCKET TV CART P3C is very unique. It has a safe and stable base able of supporting TV’s weighing up to 88Ibs, it has a universal hole pattern fitting most modern TV’s. In mounting a TV it requires only hooking it onto the top of the bracket. It further has safety locks that ensure its stability and four locking wheels for effortless mobility. This is why every home owner wants and needs lessons on how it is assembled. Here is how it is assembled:

Screw the wheels into the support legs; make sure all wheels are locked before you screw. After, attach the base to the pole support using screws and nuts with a socket wrench and a hex key.

The poles are height adjustable; follow the warning sign to identify the maximum extension of the pole. Using a hex key, attach the safety lock, stabilizers, AV shelf rings, and cable guides to the central pole.

Here is the most important stage in assembling a LOCKET TV CART P3C. First, slide base cover and the cap around the bottom poles. Second, slide the poles onto pole support on base. Finally use screws washers and nuts to secure the poles to the pole support and attach the base cover to the legs with screws. Now you will have a stable structure.

The shelf support bracket will be attached to the shelf rings using screws and a hex key. Then the AV shelf will be attached to the shelf support bracket with screws. After this process you can adjust the height using a hex key, but label and safe the hex key for any future desire to adjust height.

Attach the TV mount to the poles, with the ridged part facing front. Use the necessary screws, washers on both sides and hex keys, for effective tightening and stability. The height can be adjusted to your viewing preference.

This is the simplest step of them all in assembling the LOCKET TV CART P3C. Connect mounting panels to the back of your TV using appropriate sized screws. Don’t panic if the provided screws do not fit the hole dept of the TV, just add extension washers to adjust screw fit.
