HOMEMADE Super Easy RF Controlled Wireless Switch (universal) FREE Using Old Parts

hi guys!

this is m first project so please go easy on me

well its simple and easy anybody can make it

REUSED OLD PARTS FREE OF COST AUTOMTION

The material required

1:- old RF controlled car

2:- a relay 12v or 6v (12v i used)

3:- old working mobile chargers (1 iv 6v relay / 2 if 12v relay)

4:- a switch and a socket

5:- Soldering iron

6:- hot glue

7:-wires ,screws, screwdriver, a breadboard etc

8:- some ply board / plastic board/ hardboard /cardboard for housing

9:- a dc on -off switch

Preparing the Circuits

Extract the car chip as shown and Remove the upper casing of charger and cut the wires

Mount the relay on the bread board and connect wires to it

i had a 5 p relay if u have one with 4 pins its ok both works great

cut a piece of cardboard or any housing material u wish to use (FOR BEST IT SHOULD BE OF MINIMUM SIZE POSSIBLE ) and mount the ac input plug

Attach Charger to the Plug

attach the charger AC input to the plug

if 12v relay then put 2 chips together as shown in circuit above

Wire Cars RF Chip AND Antenna

connect the dc output of charger to the input of cars RF chip and try to make it as close as possible to reduce overall height

now connect the output wires of RF chip with the coil of relay

(if 12v the make connection as listed above)

for antenna connect the wire to antenna to extent it

we gonna place it on the top of housing

Adding the AC Socket

now add the AC socket for this take another piece if cardboard equal to the bottom one and mount the socket on it

wire it as shown in the circuit

Adding the Housing

for the measure the dimensions of your circuits and cut 4 walls of cardboard for your housing

then paste then together

with housing

(BEFORE PASTING TEST THE CIRCUIT )

MODIFYING THE REMOTE CONTROLL

Now grab the remote control most of them have click switches so we need to replace

for this

You can use any available on-off switch.

THE FINAL PRODUCT WILL LOOK LIKE THIS
