I will be showing you how to make one of my favorite desserts

CHEESECAKE!!!! If your are a sweet tooth and like baking, this recipe

will be for you.

Although I like cheesecake by itself, I can pair it with things like ice cream. This recipe will have a more whipped consistency then regular cheesecake which I love.

Supplies

Before baking you will need these materials:

. two or one homemade or store bought pie crusts

. 3-4 or 5-6 jumbo marshmallows(depending on how much cake you want and how big the marshmallows are)

. 3/4 milk

. 8 oz of stick cream cheese

. 12 oz container of Cool Whip

. a mixing bowl

. a refrigerator

. a stand or hand mixer or a whisk

. a pot

. something you can mix with on the stove

1/2 cup of butter

Put the marshmallows and milk in your pot. Start the stove on medium and adjust as you'd like, as you go. Mix occasionally until it is fully melted how you like it. Turn the stove off, but keep it on the burner, we'll need it for later.

Cream Cheese

Put your cream cheese in the bowl. Beat it until it softens and looks whipped. Next add in your Cool Whip. Mix well with the cream cheese.

Make sure it is a consistency you like.

Next mix the marshmallow mixture with the cream cheese and Cool Whip. Then pour them into your pie crust.

If there is not enough to fill the pie crust/crusts, sprinkle some crust on the cake.

Now to the cooling part. Place your cake in your refrigerator and let it cool for a few hours until it is set or a feeling you'd like it to be. Once the cake is fully set than you can EAT!!!!
