This tart has a creamy 🥭mango-cashews filling with a 🥥coconut-almond crust.

Mango is:

  • A good source of immune-boosting nutrients like Vitamins A and C.
  • A good source of antioxidants.

It’s a no-bake tart that anybody can master, and I’ll show you all the steps below.

Supplies

There are three main components in this tart: The Crust, the Filling and the Garnish.

Here’s what you need for 8-inch tart pan:

The Crust:

1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut.

1 cup almonds.

1 cup medjool dates, about 12 dates.


Tart Filling:

4 mangos, about 1 1/2 cups of mango puree.

1/2 cup cashews.

1/2 cup purified water.

2 Tablespoons coconut oil.

2 Tablespoons Pure Vanilla extract.


Garnish:

1/2 cup Fresh Blackberries

1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries

1-2 Kiwis

1/2 cup Grapes.

It's very Helpfull ⭐:

+ Having all your ingredients washed, measured, cut, peeled, sliced, grated, etc. before you start with the recipe.

+ You can group ingredients or place them in the order used to assure all recipe steps are included.

+ Soaking the dates, cashews and almonds for 6 hours or if you don't have enough time, you can soaking it for 15-30 mins with hot water.

+ Pan prepared covered with parchment paper, Mixing bowls, tools and equipment set out.

🤩 It makes recipe more fun to prepare, because you're no longer doing a juggling act, trying to complete several tasks simultaneously.

+ In a food processor or mini chopper process the crust ingredients (coconut, soaked almonds and dates) and continue pulsing to combine it, until the dates have turned into sticky paste holding the crust ingredients together.

+ Remove the mixture to a bowl.

+ Prepare desired mold, lightly oiled or covered with parchment paper.

+ Form the crust dough about 1/8 of an inch high covering the mold with your hands.

+ Place pan in freezer for thirty minutes, while you make the tart filling.

While the crust is setting in the freezer...

+Blend ingredients for the filling (mango, cashews, water, coconut oil and pure vanilla extract) in a high-speed blender or food processor until creamy.

+ Pour the mango filling over the prepared crust and use a spoon or spatula to make sure the filling is even and smooth.

+ Place pan in the freezer to set up, at least 6 hours, but can be overnight.

+ Take it out the tart from the freezer and remove of the mold.

+ Garnish the Mango Tart with fresh blackberries, blueberries, green grapes, kiwi, etc.

+ ✨Be creative✨you can use: another fresh fruits, comestible flowers, herbs like mint and some Spirulina powder, etc.

+ Let sit out for 10-15 minutes, cut into slices and serve.

+ The longer it sits out, the filling will soften and become more like pudding. It still tastes amazing, but not as firm. Store any leftovers back in the freezer.
