♥ HAZELNUT KISSES ♥

Small "kisses" cookies are typical of north Italy, there are many different kinds: these in particular are called "Dame kisses".
I made them with hazelnuts, but you can also made them with almonds or walnuts.
They have an amazing nutty taste!

COOKIES:
-100g butter;
-150g roasted hazelnuts;
-150g flour;
-100g sugar;
-1 egg yolk.
FILLING:
-50g chocolate.

MINCE THE NUTS

mince the hazelnuts really thin.

mix all the ingredients together (the butter should be at room temperature, not melted).
Made them in a ball, and put the ball in a plastic wrap for food, and in the fridge for half an hour.

MAKE SMALL BALL

make little small balls (a little bigger than an hazelnut), and place them in a pan, far one from the other.

BAKE

bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius
MELT THE CHOCOLATE

melt the chocolate ( "bain Marie" it).

place some chocolate on the flat part of the cookie with a butter knife (or dip them in it), and place another cookie on top.
LET THEM COOL DOWN

Let them cool down so they stick together.
