How to Make Gummi Bears

Blend all the igredients for the desired recipe except forthe gelatin. If you're using infusions, you don't neet to wait until they cool down. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat it over low heat. Watch that it doesn't start boiling, it doesn't even need to be too hot, just warm enough to dissolve the gelatin. Sprinkle the gelatin over the mixture and whisk it in.

Let the mixture stand about one minute to cool down just a bit. Then fill the dropper and use it to fill te gummi bear mold. After the mixture in the mold has cooled down completely place it in the fridge for about one hour. To pusk the gummi bears out just flip the mold upside down and gently press the bears out with your fingers.
