Guava Watermelon Juice

I happen to have a guava tree growing in my backyard and heard from friends about how delicious it is to make guava into a juice. So I figured "Why not mix it with Watermelon to make it even more refreshing?"
Here are some simple steps for making your very own Guava-Watermelon juice! :D

What you'll need:
Ingredients:
- Guava (About several guavas)
- Watermelon (2-3 cups)
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 Cups water
Tools:
- Blender
- Strainer
- Knife
- Spoon
- Plate

Cut off the ends of each guava and discard. Dice up guava into small pieces. Afterwards, dice up watermelon into smaller pieces as well.

Add guava, water, and sugar into blender and blend, stopping as needed to stir. Add a bit of watermelon at a time and continue to blend until smooth.

Your mixture should look like this and have a nice pink color to it. :)

After blending, put your strainer over a juice jug and slowly pour about a cup at a time of juice through it (In this case I had a smaller strainer on hand and had to pour about 1/4 cup at a time).
To help the juice strain, use a spoon and slowly stir it through the strainer. Discard pulp and seeds after straining the juice.

And finished! :D
This drink is great to have on a hot day or when you want to give yourself a sweet, refreshing treat. Make sure to serve chilled or with ice. :)
