To make your own Grumpyre head jack-o-lantern you’ll need 2 pumpkins, scissors, tape, a light, a sharp knife, and a Grumpyre stencil!
You can download the Grumpyre stencil here
We used a foam pumpkin for this Instructable, but you can also use a real pumpkin.
If you’re young, be sure to ask an adult for help using any tools.

First you’ll need to carefully cut out your Grumpyre stencil, and then tape it onto your pumpkin. This will help guide you to making the perfect Grumpyre head.

You’ll need to cut out the top of our pumpkin first, carefully cutting it out at an angle so that it will make a lid.If you’re using a real pumpkin this is when you get to scoop out all the seeds and pumpkin guts!
Once the top of your pumpkin is ready, you’ll need to cut out your stencil, if you’d like to go the extra mile, cut out a set of wings from your second pumpkin and attach them to your Grumpyre pumpkin!

All you need to do now is put a light inside your pumpkin and share it with the world!
We used an LED candle but you can use anything you’d like even your cell phone.
We hope you enjoyed making a Grumpyre head, Happy Halloween and Happy Monstering!
