Ground Beef Muffins With Feta Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes, Pepperonis & Spring Onions Recipe

Ground beef muffins with feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, pepperonis & spring onions recipe

Ingredients:

500g ground beef

150g feta cheese

150g cherry tomatoes

100g pepperonis

4 spring onions

salt, pepper & texas rub

Scatter salt, pepper & paprika to the ground beef. Cut the spring onions, cherry tomatoes & pepperonis in pieces. Give the pieces to the beef and crumble the feta cheese over it. Stir everything together and fill the mix in a muffin shape.
