1 cup of whole fresh strawberries
1 cup plain fat free yogurt
1 Banana
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup peanuts
1 cup blueberry
1 cup of no pulp orange juice
1 cup of ice
1 green apple
1 cup of granola
Prepare Ingredients
Wash strawberries, blueberries, and green apples.
Cut green apple into tiny slices.
Cut banana into tiny slices.
Cut off top of strawberries
Put Ingredients in Blender
start the blender and one by one put all ingredients in the blender.
Blend
Blend until nice and creamy.
