Grilled Pizza Sandwich

A perfect breakfast recipe which everyone will surely gonna enjoy. Pizza in form of sandwich is an amazing combination which is cheesy yet grilled.

Ingredients:
Brown bread Slices – 4 pcs Shredded Cabbage – 1 bowl Chopped Carrots – ½ bowl Chopped Capsicum – ½ bowl Mozzarella Cheese – 100 gms cut into pcs Oregano Flakes, Salt – As per taste

For Instant Pizza sauce: Tomato Ketchup – 4 tsps Oregano flakes – 1 tsp Crushed/ Chopped Garlic – 1 tsp

Method

Mix all the veggies along with cheese pcs. Add oregano flakes and salt as per taste.For instant pizza sauce, take another bowl. Mix tomato ketchup, oregano flakes and garlic.Take bread slices and spread pizza sauce on each slices. Place the veggies mixture on one bread slice and top with other slice to make a sandwich. Place the sandwich in preheated griller and grill pizza sandwich.
