There is soo much you can do. Mainly 2 directions you can go, Diet or Not. This guide is for Diet Pizza. But you can go what ever way you desire.

Don't over load your pizza. If you do, it can be very difficult to take off the grill.

If you would like diet. Find toppings and tortillas that are Low in Cal/Fat/Car.
~ There are diet or healthy Tortillas out there. Can be hard to find but are worth it!
~ This includes sauces. Experiment and have fun! Just keep track of what your using and how much.
~~ BBQ sauce. Tomato sauce. Oils. Vinaigrettes. Spices! Too many choices!
~Toppings! If you want Diet type, just have to search it out. I have found Turkey pastrami and turkey and they taste extremely good! More vegies you use, even lower the counts will be

More you dice up your toppings. The eazyer it will be to cut and eat later.

Spray Both sides of the Tortilla. So it will not stick to your Grill and So that it becomes crispy.

Put it in the grill and close the lid and Put it on medium to medium-low for about 2-4min depending on your Grill. OR untill it starts to bubble and start to become stiff/crispy. Dont worrie if it burns a little.

Step 2 (Adding Toppings)

IMPORTANT! Turn grill to low! I like to bring the tortilla to the edge to I don't get burnt as easily.

Add sauce. (I did put to much on mine fyi.) But do spried to the edge. Closer to the edge, Less burning will happen.

Add toppings from flat to chunk. Last is the Grated Parmesan Cheese.

Close Grill and turn heat back to medium to medium-low. For about 6-10 minits.

Grill for about 6-10 minits or until the Parmesan Cheese browns. Don't worrie if it starts to burn. Just means its becoming crispy and will be easier to remove from grill.

Cut up and serve and ENJOY!!
