Grilled PB & J Sandwich

Peanut Butter and Jelly meets Grilled Cheese. (But hold the cheese)
Supplies

Peanut Butter -I like crunchy, But you can use whatever you like. Smooth. Almond. Cashew. Sunflower. It's all good.
Jelly -Or Jam. Preserves. Marmalade. You get the picture.
Bread and Butter. Let the butter soften a bit first.
A sandwich toaster. I'm using a waffle iron, But I've used a cast iron skillet on the stove as well. However you would make Grilled Cheese.
If you are young and have never made grilled cheese before, Please get help from a grown up.
Preparation

First, heat up the toaster or pan and Make a PB & J sandwich as you normally would.
Put butter on the outside of one side of the sandwich. Carefully place it in the Sandwich toaster, Butter side down.
Here's the tricky part. Butter the other side of the sandwich while it's in the toaster. Be careful. Everything is hot.
Now, Close the lid and wait about two or three minutes, maybe longer. Then lift the lid and flip the sandwich. Because it's really too thick for this waffle iron, I had to flip it front to back so it didn't come out wedge shaped.
Enjoyment

When it's done to your liking, Remove. But let it cool a few minutes before eating. Hot Jelly is no joke!
