Bread/ Mayonnaise

First start off by laying down the bread and adding only a thin coat of mayonnaise on one side of both of the bread.

lay bread faced down with the mayonnaise side on pan on medium/ high heat. Then add however much mayonnaise you would like to only one of the breads ( However don't add to much cause it might become to over powering).

Adding Blue Cheese and Ham

Then start by adding 1 tbsp of blue cheese crumbles to the side of the bread that has mayonnaise. While doing this you can totally add however much blue cheese you would like. When I did this I didn't add that much cause the blue cheese was very over powering to me. After blue cheese crumbles then add 4 slices of honey ham to the bread that has nothing on it.

Add Bacon to Ham Side

You can use whatever bacon you would like ( If you use a different kinda of bacon meant for cooking on stove top then add 3 pieces of bacon to a medium pan over medium/high heat and cook the bacon for 4-5 minutes on each side for a perfectly cooked piece of bacon). I used KrogerĀ® Fully Cooked Hardwood Smoke Flavor Traditional Bacon. I put the 3 pieces bacon on some paper towels and put one sheet of a paper towel over the bacon and warmed it up in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Once bacon is done split it in half and add it to ham side of sandwich.

Final Step for Sandwich

For the final step you will need Simple Truth Organic baby arugula, you can add however much you would like, however I used about a cup or you can add about half of a handful. I check the side of the bread that is on the pan by lifting it up and peaking at it a little to see if its golden brown, if it is then its all ready.

For the final results you should get a crispy golden brown top coat on your sandwich. Turn off heat and add to a plate and split in half anyway you would prefer. And then enjoy!
