Things You Will Need
- Scissors
- Glue
- Coloured papers
- Quilling papers
- Quilling tool
- Pen
Decide the Colour of Your Greeting Card.
I choose yellow :)
Now Take One Quilling Strip
Apply Glue
Make Border Using It
Choose the Colour for the Balloons You Want to Make.
Carefully Wrap the Quilling Paper Around Using a Quilling Tool.
After Rolling It Will Look Like This
Give It a Shape.
Gently hold the roll and turn it..giving it a shape.
Apply Glue
Stick That Balloon on the Card
Making of the String to Hold Balloons
Take a string of your choice and apply glue at the tip and stick it to the end of your balloon.
Tie All the Strings Together and Glue Them to the Card
Cut a Piece of Paper to Write Down Your Message
Write Down Your Message
