Graham Cracker Sandwiches With Orange Cream Filling

When it comes to snacks, the only thing more important than how easy it is to make is how good it tastes. This one is a winner in both cases- it only takes a few minutes to make and it's as decadent as it is simple.

Ingredients

All you need for this sweet treat is:

1 box of vanilla pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 package of cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
A few drops of orange extract (or you can go all fancy and use orange zest and a splash of orange juice)

Put It Together

If you are patient enough, then start by softening the cream cheese. If not, you can use it un-softened and it will just need to be mixed a little longer (or you will just have to be ok with it being a little lumpy).
Combine the pudding mix with the 2 cups of milk and stir until it's smooth. Add a few drops of the orange extract and the cream cheese(it helps to cut it onto cubes first) and mix it all up until it's smooth again.
Add the powdered sugar, 1/4 cup at a time, until it is about the consistency of pie filing- or whatever consistency you like I suppose.

All that's left to do now is put it between some graham crackers and enjoy. Alternately, you can put it between some cookies, dip fruit in it, or even eat it plain. And of course you don't have to flavor it with orange, if that's not your thing try any number of other flavors- there are so many possibilities.
Well, that's it; super easy and super tasty. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do and thanks for reading!
