Gourmet Mac & Cheese
This is a easy way to make a simple box of Kraft Mac & Cheese into a main course for a great meal. In only a few simple steps!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 box Kraft Mac & Cheese
- 1 Can/14 1/2 oz. stewed tomatoes (don't strain)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
Step 1: Brown your beef in a large skillet on medium, drain grease and return to skillet.
Step 2: Stir in Macaroni, Cheese packet, Tomatoes, peas, and milk.
step 3: Bring to a boil, Cover and let simmer for 12 minutes (medium-low hear) or until Macaroni is tender, stir occasionally.
Step 4: Top with Mozzarella, remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes so the cheese melts.
Step 5 (optional): put in oven at 400°F to brown the cheese for more flavor.
