Of course, this is a mix to your own taste situation, but what I do need to point out was the "non-dairy" creamer I chose.
I chose a Hemp Non-Dairy Beverage by Pacific Foods. The package says "refrigerate after opening". I did roll the dice, in the Arizona sun, but it kept just fine for 4 days in a well insolated backpack.
All I did was mix in a water bottle, place the lid, and shake.
