Lunch for us is usually soup or normal sandwiches. Once every couple of weeks we have a special treat, sliders! Even my picky eater loves these.

You will need:

Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

Turkey

Gouda (We used smoked.)

Mayonaise

Mustard

Anything else you like (I like tomatoe)

I am still perfecting my bread slicing skills. The neat thing about Hawaiian sweet bread is that you can cut all twelve at once if you do it right. Use a bread knife.

Condiments

Cheese and Meat

I cut the cheese and meat so it is not difficult to separate the sandwiches. This step is not necessary. The cheese makes lovely strings when you separate the sandwiches if you don't cut it.

Toast

I lightly toasted these because the boys were hungry and didn't want to wait any longer.

Enjoy

These are great with pickles. I love it with lettuce or spinach and tomatoe. You know what you like.
