Gobi paratha is traditional Indian heavy breakfast.
for making it we need

for making 2-3 parathas

FOR FLAT BREAD
- 1 small cup wheat flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt

FOR STUFFING
- cauliflower (take according to wheat dough as we need same size stuffing as that of dough)
- 2/3 garlic cloves
- 1 chilli
- salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- fresh chopped coriander leaves

for rolling parathas we need extra flour.
for roasting we need some oil ( you can use ghee or butter, butter tastes better)

roll the dough balls in flour and roll them slightly.
then fill stuffing in it and close it.
again roll that stuffed ball into flour and roll it.
rolling it is very difficult and messy work, as stuffing tend to come out.
don't worry even if it comes out slightly. use good amount of flour to roll bread.
then on hot flat pan roast the flat bread. use oil or butter to roast it. oil is needed as we have used lots of flour for rolling bread. roast until good golden brown color comes on paratha.
enjoy your paratha with curd, ketchup, pickle, chutney or just like that..
