GoPro Real Time FPV Transmitter

This GoPro Realtime FPV system allows you to perfectly frame your GoPro shots.

Here is a video of the building and test footage.

For this project you will require:

3D Print and Asseble

FPV asseble.gif

Print the attached .stl files to create the GoPro case then assemble the case as shown in the Gif above or in the following video (https://youtu.be/A9dZipOz3b0)

Pair the Transmitter and Monitor

When the transmitter is powered on, note which frequency it is transmitted on, or change it to the desired frequency. My FPV receiver has a "scan" feature but it will sometimes lock onto interference and the GoPro's channel will need to be manually entered.

NOTE: always leave a few channels between ones which are in use, you will notice that you will be able to pickup distorted audio and video on the channels near the one which are transmitting on.

Fly Responsibly

Now the FPV system is ready to help line up shots with your GoPro or to help fly your drone. Make sure to fly responsibly, keeping the drone in line of sight, and following your country's airspace regulations.
