These are the supplies you will be needing.

So for the fist step is mixing the coconut oil, olive oil, sugar, powder sugar, two eggs, and vanilla in a big bowl. Make sure you do 2/3 cup of sugar and powder sugar. It should look somewhat like this. But its ok if it doesn't.

Then add gluten free flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Mix with your hands to make it a good texture.

Then put a big amount on a parchment paper. Then between two parchment papers flatten it out.

Then place any cookie cutters on the dough ( If you don't have cookie cutters you can use a knife to make shapes.)

Then peel away any extra dough. I like to give them eyes! Then put them in the oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 mins.

While they are cooking its time to make the super simple frosting! First get some milk and sugar. (because I'm gluten and dairy free I use rice dream milk).

IMG_4247.JPG

Add the rest in the bag of the powder sugar ( depends how much frosting you want).

Then add milk a tiny bit at a time to the bowl while you mix then you have your frosting!

Then take the cookies out of the oven!

Then put food dye in your frosting to make colors. Then decorate. And you have your cookies! If you want you can use the extra dough to make more just start back over at step 3. Thanks!
