Do you know how unhealthy store-bought gluten-free pizza is? Most of the time you can't even pronounce half the ingredients. That's why after months of research I have made a gluten-free homemade pizza. Not only that but this is also dairy-free! Let's get started!

Supplies

2 cups white buckwheat flour

2 tablespoons psyllium husk

Half teaspoon salt

One teaspoon garlic powder

One teaspoon granulated yeast

Half teaspoon sugar

275 ml Water

One tablespoon of any oil of your choice

Pizza sauce of your choice

Vegan Cheese

Toppings of your choice

Optional: Italian seasoning of your choice

Add Salt, Garlic and Psyllium to Buckwheat Flour

Take your salt, garlic and psyllium husk and add it into a bowl of white buckwheat flour. Make sure to give it a very VERY good mix.

Dissolve Yeast and Sugar in Warm Water

Now, set your mix aside and take your yeast and sugar and dissolve it in 275 ml warm water. Don't let the water be too cold or too hot, just warm. Let the water sit for 5 minutes.

Knead the Water With the Flour

Take your water and mix with the flour and start kneading. Make sure to really get your elbow in there and mix the water with flour. Try to get a loose dough consistency.

Pour Oil Over Dough and Let It Rest in a Warm Place

Now, take your oil and pour over your dough. This is crucial since this will keep it from sticking together. Once that's done, let it rest in a warm place for 1 to 2 hours.

Make Dough Balls and Flatten Them Out

Take your dough and make dough balls out of them. Then flatten them out into your desired size for crust.

Cook Them on a Nonstick Pan on Medium-low Heat

Now, once you have flattened them out, cook them in a pan on medium-low heat.

Decorate!

This step go crazy! Decorate that crust with whatever toppings you want! Add your pizza sauce, vegan cheese and whatever topping you like. My personal recommendation is onions, ham and olives with a dash of italian seasoning.

Put It in the Oven for 25 Minutes at 400F

Last step! Now what you want to do is toss it into the oven for 25 minutes at 400F. Then, take it out and let it cool.

Not a Step But Enjoy!

Enjoy the marvelous creation you just created. Dig into it and let that vegan cheese melt in your mouth.
