Did you know that gluten is hidden in some Alfredo sauce? I didn't know that either until someone close to me was not able to eat gluten anymore, and after I look forever for some gluten free pasta I found out we cant even have our favorite sauce. so we came up with this super successful and easy recipe so we can still enjoy our favorite foods!

The Sauce

Once you have your pasta starting to cook, you need a great compliment! To compliment a normal sized bag of pasta, start to create the sauce in a medium sized pot on medium heat. Pour 3/4 pint of heavy whipping cream, a splash of milk, about two table spoons of butter, one clove of finely chopped garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper into the pot. Whisk until a low boil starts.

Cheese!

Once the sauce is brought to a simmer, slowly add a mixture of shredded parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese until the cheese melts and the mixture begins to thicken. Do not use cheese from mozzarella balls as they do not melt the same way and will not turn out for this sauce.

Enjoy!

Once the cheese is all melted in, add as much sauce as you want onto your gluten free pasta and enjoy!
