Gluten Free Chocolate Cashew Candy

Ingredients:
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup coconut oil
salted roasted cashews
Instructions:
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil over low heat until combined....stirring with a whisk constantly. Place small piles of cashews on a parchment paper lined tray. Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the nut piles. Cool the tray in your fridge for at least an hour. Cut the candies with a knife to separate. Serve cold. Store in fridge.
Notes: These are so good that they really need no other comments. Make them. Trust me. You're welcome....
