Gluten Free Banana Zucchini Bread
I came up with this recipe about a year ago. Most of my family are gluten free, and they love this recipe, so if you're gluten free, this is the perfect recipe for you!
Supplies
You will need:
2 Cups of gluten free flour [ if you want your bread more moist, use 1 cup of gluten free flour and 1 cup of almond flour ]
1 1/2 Tsp of baking powder
1/2 A tsp of baking soda
1/4 Tsp of salt
2 Tsp of cinnamon
1 Tsp of pie spice, or nutmeg
1 Cup of sugar [ if 1 cup of sugar is too much for you, 1/2 a cup will work as well ]
2 Eggs
1/2 A cup of oil or melted butter
2 Browned, and mashed bananas
1 Zucchini shredded[ save half of the juice from the zucchini ]
1/4 Of a cup of milk
1 Tsp of vanilla extract
You can find all of these ingredients at any local food store.
1 Large bowl
1 Large spoon
1 Measuring cup
1 measuring spoon
1 8 by 8 Pan
Making Your Bread
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 350 degrees, and grease your pan.
Mix all your dry ingredients together. Then add in the milk, oil or butter, eggs, and vanilla, and mix it all together. Finally add in your mashed bananas and shredded zucchini. Once it is all mixed together, pour into greased pan, and set a timer for 30 minutes or until a tooth pick is inserted in, and comes out clean.
Enjoy!
Once your bread is done baking, take it out of the oven and wait until the pan has almost completely cooled, before serving. Enjoy it while it lasts!
