Gluten Free Banana Bread

Homemade bread can be really good, if you do it right. Done wrong it won't cook properly and will end up in the garbage. I find that most recipes of gluten free banana bread are really dry and end up being a crummy mess. This recipe is light and fluffy and. in the words of my family and friends it tastes like its wheat.
Supplies
- 2 cups of robin hood gluten free flower
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- 2 cups mashed bananas (or just 4 large bananas)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Other things needed;
- large bowl
- fork or spoon
- bread loaf pan
- parchment paper
- oven
Gather Ingredients

gather all of the ingredients that you will need. and turn on the oven at 350°F or 177°C so that it is pre heated.
Mix

Mix all of your ingredients together until the mixture looks like the picture above.
Put in Loaf Pan

at this step you will need to put it in the loaf pan, but here is a tip to help you, I find that squishing the parchment paper into a ball and putting it under the running tap for a few seconds helps it be more moldable so you don't wast parchment paper. I had enough batter for one big banana bread and a mini one.
Put in Oven

once your loaf pans are filled put it in the oven leave then there for 30 minutes and check back in the next step.
Check Oven

At this step you should check in the oven and poke a tooth pick and see if it is done. if not leave it there and check on it every 15 minuets until you can put a toothpick in it without any batter coming up.
Enjoy

You are done and your banana bread is ready to be eaten. I enjoy it with a bit of butter. I hope you enjoy this delicious recipe!! Yum!
