Glow powder
Red, Orange, Yellow, Blue, Green, Purple, Pink, White
Clear bathroom caulking
Black light
Construction paper
Scissors
Canvas board
Spackle spatulas
Stir sticks
Black sharpie
Kite string
Push pins
Ruler

Make the Layout of the Rainbow

Pin the edge of the string to the canvas

Measure even distance between lines. Distance can vary according to preference.

Outline circles with marker and string to make the layers of the rainbow ( picture shows 2in lines)

Fill

Fill in layers with rainbow paint mixtures

Use construction paper to section off the different colors

Create Glow Rainbow

Mix glow powder and caulking. Fill in exposed acrylic colors and use spatula to make smooth

To Complete

Gently remove construction paper and let dry overnight.
Once dry trim edges

Completion of Project

Repeat the process of sectionion with construction paper and applying each additionional glow color.

Finish Product

Glows by self charge properties, and produces its own light by charging itself from any light source available thereby allowing it to glow in the dark. (A blacklight will super charge the painting)
