The number Michael needs to see sharp is very high (around 20 and even more than that). On a daily basis, Michael walks around with lenses and glasses, but when he gets to a water environment, he uses aphakic glasses. He struggles because he can't put his head in the water, because then his glasses get wet and he can't see anything. The product we designed allows him to conduct himself in the water with maximum freedom, it allows him to see underwater by wearing the glasses inside the swimming goggles, and lets him to take off the swimming goggles at any moment without removing the glasses.
