Vest was made for 18" American Girl Doll.

I didn't think to record steps, posting here was an after thought.
I basically copied an existing coat... without adding sleeves of course.
The Daisy petals are tiny, so I just used super glue. I placed the petal on the vest then added the glue. This method gives them stiffness to feel like patches.
